MN Supreme Court just ruled that Gov. Pawlenty exceeded his statutory authority with unallotment last year. Just a guess, but if the DFL couldn't even erase a billion dollars from our budget this session (we've done maybe a third of that), no way we're going to deal with a few billion more in the week and a half we have left.
