Munich

I saw the movie Munich on Friday night, and I can see why it was nominated for an Academy Award. I liked it for the most part, and it now makes me curious to know how much liberty the screenwriters took with the actual events...It was definitely thought-provoking, and messages were definitely there, but subtle. (And I was tired enough on Friday after a long day to probably not have picked up on all of them.) To me, because I'd never thought that hard about the Munich Olympics, it definitely put a different perspective on the accounts of the Old Testament and the warring between Israelis and Arabs.
