Too true. This is something that I "know," yet don't practice nearly enough. Especially at work these days when I'm tired and overwhelmed and have a general distaste for probably half the people with whom I have daily contact (mainly because of the work they cause for me). My true character shows my impatience and pride far too much. I need to have a better attitude.
