lemon meringue pie

I realized the last few days that the entire summer had gone by and I had not made a lemon meringue pie yet. And I always make lemon meringue pie. lots of it. I love to eat really good pie. So last evening I remedied the situation and made homemade sweet gooey goodness in the form of a pie. Mmmmm. Very tasty...

As for this morning (and the last few days, for that matter), there is so much thunder around here, and it lasts so long, I am beginning to imagine there are 747s landing in the next street. very odd.
